We offer Chef’s Tasting Menu and a Vegetable Tasting Menu, each priced at $325. Dinner reservations are available from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and lunch reservations from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Guests are welcome to bring wines that are not represented on our wine list; we allow up to three bottles at the table for a fee of $150 per each 750ml bottle.
Per Se requires a credit card to secure your reservation. Your card will not be charged, it is simply held with respect to our 72-hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, we do request a 3-day notice to avoid a $175 fee per guest.
Two tasting menus are offered daily: a nine-course chef's tasting menu as well as a nine-course vegetable tasting menu. No single ingredient is ever repeated throughout the meal.
Additionally, a five-course chef's tasting menu is available daily to walk-in guests of The Salon.
